Breathe to Calm

During this session, we will use our breath to connect to ourselves, to our core, our feelings, and our deep desires. Your breath is the most direct path to communicating with your nervous system and your subconscious mind.


It's so helpful for connecting to your body, moving stuck energy, opening your heart, connecting to your intuition, and feeling yourself again. It is an incredible tool for moving through unprocessed experiences and emotions, anxiety, depression, and so much more.

Session starts with a conversation where
Katja Markelova will explain the workshop, the techniques that participants will use, and what you can expect during the session. You will do body awareness exercises. Then She will guide you through a 45-minute - 1-hour breath practice with music. After that, you will have some integration and quiet time to let the aftereffects settle. Session will close with a little conversation, reflection, and sharing (if you want). 

Afterward, you might feel energized, clear, calm, and connected. You might experience a deeper sense of embodiment and presence, lightness and freedom.


P.S Bring your yoga mat or let us know if you need one. Also might be nice to have: a meditation cushion, blanket, warm socks.
