When we look around these days, we see that stress has become a part of our everyday lives. Maybe it's so "natural", we don't even notice any more.  For a while.

Until many of us encounter a burnout or other physical symptoms, and only a difficult, painful and complicated process leads out of the dark. It usually does so, by forcing us to a very different lifestyle. 

So is it possible to prevent this somehow?  The answer is:  YES! 


By learning simple methods to ground ourselves, checking in with ourselves on a daily basis about: How we are, FOR REAL? And giving ourselves the necessary space to recover and gain back strength, not letting us be pushed or endlessly rolled into this crazy rushing lifestyle we are so often surrounded with.
