Building a successful business requires continuous education, the more your learn, the better you will be at running your business, and reaching your goals.

Podcasts can be a great source of information for business owners. They offer valuable information, insight and inspiration for the creative entrepreneur. And you can listening while doing something less productive, such us walking your dog, commuting to work, cleaning the house, or ironing your clothes.

There are so many podcasts out there, finding the best ones can feel overwhelming, in this post we have selected 10 podcasts with great content. Search for them on your favourite podcast app and enjoy!


  1. The Unmistakable Creative


The podcast hosted by Srinivas Rao has featured over 600 interviews and has 550 five star reviews on iTunes. Some of the biggest guests on the show have included Seth Godin, Simon Sinek, Rob Bell and Scott Adams,


At the end of the show, Srini always asks them the same question: “What makes you unmistakable?” The answers are always surprising and fascinating.


2. Creative Pep Talk


The title is pretty self explanatory. Andy J Pizza, talks about art, creativity, marketing, making your art your job, whilst motivating you all along the way. This podcats is truly inspiring, and I love the illustrations on each episode.  Totally recommended!

3. Smart Art Business


Smart Art Business is a podcast by Rachel Wilkins with a lot of valuable content to help visual artists and creative entrepreneurs grow and sustain a successful art business.  There is so much to learn, including inspiring talks about creativity, marketing, branding and also very practical to help you sell your art right away.

4. Small doses with Amanda Seales


This is one of my favourites.  I've been listening to this podcast since 2020. This podcast is funny knowledgeable and full of hidden gems not only related to entrepreneurship but to life in general. As she describes it, this is a weekly podcast that brings you potent truths for everyday use.


At the end of every episode, Amanda and the guest speaker will provide extra resources to further educate you on the matter they were discussing.  Inspiring, funny, blunt & wise. Totally recommended!!!


5. She did it her way


This podcasts has millions of downloads!  Amanda Boleyn, the host,  teaches women how to start, scale and succeed in building a business from scratch, Each  week, you can expect fresh content on various business strategies, productivity hacks, and how to become a full-time business owner.


6. UNF*CK YOUR BRAIN


This one is special!  It is on this list because it talks about the struggles that many women face, like imposter-syndrome, self-critical thoughts, anxiety, and doubt. Host Kara Loewentheil is a previous women’s rights lawyer, Yale and Harvard Law alum, and a master certified confidence coach.

This podcast is perfect for the product-based entrepreneurs.  It gives you workshop-style episodes twice a week. They have great content including manufacturing, packaging, revenue streams, social media and real tactics about the challenges of being a product entrepreneur & juggling life being a boss and mom, coach & female business owner.


It will definitely help you get creative with your marketing to scale your business and grow your product sales.

8. Being Freelance


A must listen for any freelancer!! This podcast is engaging, inspiring, fun and educational.  Since 2015, Steve Folland has spoken to more than 100 freelancers about the struggles, challenges and rewards of being freelance.


9. Never Not Creative


A wonderful podcast for creatives, talking about anything and everything to do with the industry. From the pitfalls of running a business to mental health, burnout, diversity – even a conversation with a neuroscientist – if it's impacting on creatives, they are talking about it! 

10. Unlocking Us


Brene Brown is the author of several best-selling books , she has a special on netflix and her Her TED talk – The Power of Vulnerability - has more than 50 million views.  This podcast is about being vulnerable,  self-acceptance and authenticity, living and being unapologetically in the world.
