Crafting for a purpose. Sending love during isolation.

A few days ago, the Government asked us to stay home, so schools are closed and many elderly houses closed their doors for visitors.  We started to wonder how we can help...

We joined the Facebook group Coronahulp Eindhoven, to see how we could help. Maybe we could do groceries for the people  or walk their dogs.  Then we saw a message from a mom whose son was about to celebrate his birthday. She was asking people to send cards to make his day special.

Everything was clear!!  That’s how we can help, that’s what we do best, We are creative women! 
In our community there are watercolor artists, painters, illustrators, designers, makers and crafters!

We sent a message and the response was overwhelming! 14 women are making, for free, dozens of cards full of color and love to share positive vibes and smiles. So now, We are preparing almost 200 cards for people in elderly houses and for those who can use your support messages.

1. You can help us to make cards. Just send us an email to internationalcreativewomen@gmail.com or contact us via social media. Facebook or Instagram.

2. You can donate online postage stamps so we can send more happy cards. You can buy the stamps online at postnl, 
and follow the steps

*  Please select Letter (Brief)
*  Land van bestemming (destination country) Nederland
* Kies het formaat (choose the stamp) you can choose 0 -20gr (€0.91) or  350g- 2Kg (€4.40)
* Waarmee wilt u uw brief frankeren?  (What kind of postage would like to use?) . Please select Postzegelcode (stamp code)
* Then click on opslaan & naar betaaloverzicht (save and pay)
* Email . You can add your email and forward us the codes or add our email so we receive the codes directly.
