International Women's Day 2021

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the lives of women are becoming severely impacted due to the care and demands of balancing work and life.  The focus of topics for this workshop will be: 

a) Know and live your core values. b) Understand and leverage your personal strengths.  c) Recognise and manage your personal emotions. d) Learn and practice integrative breathing

This session serves to energise, empower and build the resilience of women.
